Woman hands secret note to receptionist who ‘saves’ her from potential creep

A woman has praised her dental practice for saving her from an “uncomfortable” situation when a stranger tried to get her to go into his car.

In a TikTok video uploaded on Tuesday (September 7) Andrea Elena @andreaelena66 tells viewers how she wrote a message with her phone’s Notes app to warn the dentist’s reception staff that a creep wasn’t leaving her alone.

Although she refused to get into the unknown man’s car, he wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept asking for her personal information, leaving her feeling afraid.

“So this is a screenshot of a Note I wrote and passed today because I was in a very uncomfortable situation,” she explains.

It reads: “The man behind me tried to get me to go into his car.”

Andrea continues: “This is a tip for all the girls (and guys, she adds in the caption) that if you are in an uncomfortable situation use your Notes.

“I was waiting in the reception in the dentist and a man came up to me and started asking me questions

“He was asking where are you from, where do you live, where do you work, asking about my work uniform.”

She adds: “He then told me that after my appointment he will take me home.

“I said no but he said, ‘No I will take you home; I drove here.’ He obviously saw that I went into the dentist with an Uber.

“The reception alerted security, security escorted me to my appointment then the dentist actually provided me with a free lift home with a cab voucher and security escorted me to the cab and made sure I was safe the entire time.”

Andrea, who thanked the dental practice for their help, was able to go home in the taxi feeling safe after enduring a three-hour root canal surgery.
