But one beauty fan has left TikTok users bemused after she revealed a way to curl your mane using just your fingers.

In a video, the woman – called Quinty – told her viewers: “Did you know you can curl your hair with your fingers?”
The 24-year-old, who is based in the Netherlands, proceeded to demonstrate using her own long, blonde locks.
First, she took a small section of hair, before twisting it round two of her fingers.
The beauty fan then looped it round again, and started to wrap it back on itself until she reached the ends.

Quinty then held it tight for an undisclosed length of time, before allowing it to fall loose into an impressive curl.
The post, which has been watched more than 201,000 times, has received over 29,000 ‘likes’.
One person wrote: “Omggg.”
Another commented: “I did it I AM TRULY SHOCKED.”
However, many social media users pointed out a major flaw in the styling tip.
One person joked: “Ain’t nobody got time for that.”
Another shared: “It will take me three days to do all my hair.”
A third suggested: “Just use a curler.”
