This isn’t the first time that Jessica has wowed the internet with her youthful appearance. She was previously complimented for her ageless looks on Instagram<\/a> after sharing a sweet birthday photo with her eldest daughter, Alyssa. The glamorous pair smiled at the camera while posing in front of a tiered white cake.<\/p>\n Jessica, on the right, captioned the snap: \u201cHappy birthday to my sweet girl @alyssa_kimber My, how time has flown! I can\u2019t believe you are now 3 years older than when I had you! And thank you, @sweettoothfairy, for making the day even more memorable with a beautiful birthday cake!\u201d<\/p>\n Social media users were stunned to discover that the pair are mum and daughter.<\/p>\n \u201cOmg, she looks like your sister,\u201d commented one, while another added: \u201cWho is the mother over here?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI refuse to believe that you guys are mother and daughter!!\u201d wrote one shocked Instagram fan, as another said: \u201cMother and daughter. Like what? Lol.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI thought they were like twins sisterssss,\u201d complimented a user, as another said: \u201cWow, you got to be kidding me. You look 23 too!\u201d<\/p>\n Brunette Jessica gave birth to her first child in 1994 when she was 19. She fell pregnant again in 1996, at the age of 21, and went on to expand her family another five times over the following 19 years with two different husbands, giving birth to her youngest child in 2013.<\/p>\n Her four eldest children are from her first marriage, and her last three are from her second.<\/p>\n Despite giving birth to \u2013 and then raising \u2013 seven kids, Jessica believes she is in better shape than she was before she has kids.<\/p>\n She goes to the gym three times a week while her children are in school and gets up early every Monday morning to do cardio.<\/p>\n \u201cI also know if there\u2019s a will, there\u2019s away,\u201d she wrote on Instagram.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been an adjustment for us, but it\u2019s working really well for now. I always say, \u2018You do what you can!\u2019 Be strict about your goals & flexible on how to achieve them!\u201d<\/p>\n Jessica added: \u201cThere are plenty of moms out there who have made tons of progress from their own homes.
