Chrissy Teigen Says ‘It’s On’ To Amy Schumer for Jab About Obama

It is ON between Chrissy Teigen and Amy Schumer!

The “Cravings” cook book author is retaliating after the comedian poked fun at her birthday tribute to former president, Barack Obama.

If you aren’t caught up, Mr. Obama recently celebrated his 60th birthday in Martha’s Vineyard despite the ongoing pandemic.

Yeah, it was a whole thing.

His guest list included A-list celebs like Oprah, John Legend & Chrissy Teigen, Jay-Z & Beyonce… you get the picture!

“Curb Your Enthusiasm” star Larry David did back out saying he was “relieved” to be disinvited to the big celebration.

But that’s neither here nor there.

Chrissy documented her time at Obama’s birthday bash in a series of Instagram videos and photos.

Wearing an all-white dress, the former “Lip Sync Battle” host walks down a set of stairs singing Stevie Wonder’s “Happy Birthday.”

She captioned the video from August 7, “well that was magical. goodnight Martha’s Vineyard. I have fallen in love with you hard!!”

Her hubs, Legend, clearly approved of her singing and the video writing “Fine AF” in the comments section.

Schumer was so blown away by Chrissy’s performance she decided to recreate the video in the same house.

The “I Feel Pretty” actress was a bit more dressed down than Chrissy opting for a tie-dyed tank top that read “Boat Hair Don’t Care.”

Schumer sang the same Stevie Wonder song and slowly made her way down the stairs captioning the video, “Tribute. Rachel Feinstein steals the vid! We love you Chrissy Teigen.”

Chrissy responded, “Oh it’s on,” while Katy Perry commented, “wait do you guys live together now.”

It’s clear the recreation was done all in good fun and Schumer is in no way being malicious.

Chrissy’s spunk and zest for social media seems to be coming back after she was “canceled” for mean-spirited things she said to Courtney Stodden dating back to 2016.

The mother-of-two has been very vocal about her time in the “Cancel Club.”

Back in July, she took to Instagram to let her fans know she was struggling with her mental health. She wrote, “Iiiii don’t really know what to say here…just feels so weird to pretend nothing happened in this online world but feel like utter shit in real life. Going outside sucks and doesn’t feel right, being at home alone with my mind makes my depressed head race.”

Chrissy’s message continued, “But I do know that however I’m handling this now isn’t the right answer. I feel lost and need to find my place again,I need to snap out of this, I desperately wanna communicate with you guys instead of pretending everything is okay. I’m not used to any other way!! Cancel club is a fascinating thing and I have learned a whollllle lot.”

Chrissy is slowly but surely making a return to social media!
