HAVE you ever tossed and turned non-stop in bed and despite trying everything you can think of, you just can’t fall asleep?
Dr. Anthony Yuon, who is a holistic plastic surgeon, has revealed that you only need a spoonful of this spread to knock right out – while also sharing a few other hacks for everyday issues.
If you can’t seem to fall asleep when you need to, Dr. Yuon recommends eating a spoonful of peanut butter.
He said in a TikTok video: “Try eating a scoop of peanut butter before going to bed, it contains tryptophan (an amino acid) that helps you fall asleep.
To help settle an upset stomach, the Michigan doctor recommended taking a whiff from an alcohol swab.
“Doctors and nurses use it all the time to help with nausea,” he revealed.
When you experience a limb “falling asleep” or going numb, Dr. Yuon suggested “rocking your head from side to side a few times.”
“That is going to relax your neck and help your limb to go back to sleep,” he explained
If you’re someone who suffers from a lot of stress, try a breathing exercise to help you relax almost instantly.
“Close your eyes, inhale for a count of four, and breathe out for a count of eight,” he revealed. “You’re going to feel so much better.”
