DOG The Bounty Hunter’s daughter Lyssa Chapman insisted her father “loves ALL people.”
The 34-year-old praised her father after the TV personality’s daughter Bonnie Chapman accused him of “racism and homophobia.”
Lyssa took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a throwback clip of Dog as he spoke to a woman at a restaurant.
The video was taken while Dog’s late wife Beth was undergoing throat surgery amid her cancer battle.
After the woman recalled her daughter’s horrific experience with human trafficking, she told Dog, 68, that she was “intensely praying” for Beth.
The TV personality wiped tears away from his eyes as the fan insisted that miracles happen.
Beth, who Dog married in 2006, sadly passed away in 2019.
‘SWEETEST, KINDEST MAN’
Lyssa began the caption by addressing her father before explaining: “I took this video while dad and I were in LA during Beths last throat surgery.
“A fan came up to us at a diner we ran to grab a bite to eat at.
“My dad is the sweetest, kindest man.
“He is the man who cared for his wife with cancer for 3 years.
“He has gone thru unimaginable loss and betrayal.”
She continued: “But anyone who KNOWS my dad. KNOWS THE TRUTH.
“Here he is crying with a stranger. This is the man I know. ❤️ I love you dad!”
BONNIE’S CLAIMS
Lyssa showed her support for Dog shortly after his daughter Bonnie accused him of being “racist and homophobic.”
Bonnie, 22, made the allegations in a scathing Instagram statement after The Sun exclusively reported she and sister Cecily, 28, were not invited to their dad’s upcoming wedding to his fiancee Francie Frane, 51.
The star’s daughter claimed that Francie confirmed in a text that she was not invited to the wedding because she participated in social justice and BLM protests for Unleashed Entertainment TV show The System after Dog was “fired” by the streaming platform and his series Unleashed was canceled.
Bonnie said on August 24: “My father was fired by the platform for using racial and homophobic epithets towards my fellow cast members on the show, which is about social justice advocacy and protesting violence and racial bias by police.
“I have expressed time and time again my ever-growing disappointment in my father’s progression into his old racist ways.
“I had forgiven my father after my mother’s death for countless actions that I shouldn’t have.
“He would cheat on my mom all the time and I hated him every time he did it but I forgave him because I wanted a relationship with my dad.”
DOG RESPONDS
In response to Bonnie’s statement, Dog told The Sun: “Bonnie’s allegations are false and a misguided attempt to derail our wedding.”
Bonnie’s claims are not the first time Dog has been accused of making racist statements.
His show was pulled in 2007 after it emerged he had used a racial slur in a recorded conversation.
Additionally, Dog has previously admitted being unfaithful to Beth.
