Jef Holm drops restraining order against Robby Hayes

Former “Bachelorette” contestant Jef Holm has dropped his restraining order against his ex-roommate Robby Hayes, Page Six can confirm.

The case was dismissed on Monday due to “lack of prosecution,” according to Los Angeles Superior Court records, meaning that Holm, 37, no longer wanted to move forward with it.

The former reality star — who won Emily Maynard’s season of “The Bachelorette” in 2012 — told E! News that his tensions with the 34-year-old Hayes had “died down,” as he had hoped.

“I haven’t seen any reason to continue with the restraining order, so I dropped it,” he added. “Like I mentioned before, I wish him the best.”

Holm did not immediately return Page Six’s request for further comment.

Earlier this month, Page Six obtained court documents that showed Holm initially filed the temporary restraining order because he felt Hayes had been harassing him.

“He continues to enter the premises and harass me and I do not feel safe around him,” Holm alleged in the report filed on Aug. 9. “He threatens me and still hasn’t stopped to this day.”

Holm first invited Hayes and his pal, Chase McNary, to move in with him in 2017.

Hayes — who appeared on JoJo Fletcher’s season of “The Bachelorette — told Us Weekly that getting the invitation was as if the “stars were aligning.”

“You only live once, so why not go for it?” the former competitive swimmer said at the time. “We’re striking while the iron is hot.”

Even though Holm decided to pursue legal action against Hayes, he said earlier this month that he remains optimistic that their relationship could be repaired.

“Hopefully tensions will die down and the temporary restraining order can be dropped. I just want to move on and I wish him the best,” he told E! News on Aug. 12.

Hayes did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
