The celebratory occasion caps off a rocky week. It was announced that Khloe had once again split from True’s father, NBA star Tristan Thompson. The news came shortly after the athlete was spotted with multiple women at a hotel. Reports soon came out that the latest indiscretion broke Khloe’s trust in him for good. While sources claimed the two actually called it quits before that incident, it had to play a part in the news coming out. Especially considering Khloe had just spoken about trusting him again on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion special. But despite the dramatic split, the reality star was all smiles as she sent a grateful message to followers.
On her @khloekardashian Instagram, Khloe shared a series of heartwarming photos featuring her 3-year-old little girl. Khloe looked stylish in a Fendi ensemble and sunglasses, posing and cuddling with her adorable daughter. The Good American founder captioned the photos by writing, “158 Million!!!! Thank you!!! We love you!!! Love my bestie and I”. The post itself has already racked up nearly 4 million likes. It also received numerous congratulatory comments from other celebs like Jeannie Mai and Gemma Collins. Many followers also cooed over True. Another notable commenter? None other than Tristan Thompson, who left a series of heart emojis for his two girls. But his show of support had over 300 replies from Khloe fans who, to put it mildly, are not happy with her baby daddy’s unfaithful actions. Not to mention, viewers have been angry with him for some time.
While Khloe clearly loves being a mom, she’s already come to terms with the possibility that True will be her only child. Plans to potentially give True a sibling via surrogacy fell apart in the wake of Khloe and Tristan’s breakup. But on the bright side, Tristan’s comment may indicate that the split is more amicable this time around. So far, it certainly seems less messy than the Jordyn Woods controversy.
