FANS have shared speculation that Erika Jayne’s ex Tom Girardi has auctioned off her sexy red lingerie while selling all his old possessions.
Last month it was revealed that the trustee working Tom’s Chapter seven bankruptcy case hired an auction company to sell many of the lawyer’s assets.

The Instagram account @realhousewivesfranchise has revealed a series of new items that have been put up for auction to pay off the attorney’s creditors.
Among the collectibles are several painted portraits of Tom, 82, a bronze sculpture of his face, and a set of red lingerie that fans believe belongs to Erika, 50.
Many stormed the comments as they trolled the sexy red undergarments as “crap.”
“Not the lingerie 😩😂😂,” one laughed while a second asked: “Is that Erika’s lingerie?”
“Is he auctioning off his mistresses lingerie? Who would buy any of that crap? Lol Who wants a bust of an embezzling criminal? 😂😂😂,” another ranted.
A fourth commented: “No they are not auctioning off paintings and pictures of him…. and Erika’s panties!?! What were her panties doing in his law firm anyway!?😂💀.”
“I have so many questions particularly one question that really needs to be answered: who in the absolute hell would pay for her possibly used lingerie?! Follow-up question: why the hell does he have her underwear at his office?! 😂😂😂” a fifth joked.
A final added: “THEY ARE PETTY WITH THE LINGERIE 😂😂.”
According to court documents obtained by Radar, an auction company named ThreeSixty Assets Advisors was hired to host the sale.
The August 25 auction will see many items from his law office scoured including a Cadillac DTS, an impressive wine collection, a signed Erin Brockovich poster, a signed Beach Boys record, and even a printer.
Sports memorabilia, books, a piano, and bronzed statues will also be available for purchase.
Tom and Erika are being sued for allegedly embezzling millions from the families of plane crash victims.
The lawyer’s firm is reportedly in major debt and still owes $26million to “anywhere from dozens to hundreds of clients.”
A whopping $2million of these funds are meant for the clients involved in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash case.
Tom’s law firm transferred a shocking $20 million to his ex-wife’s many businesses amidst the scandal, one of which was created after news of the embezzlement broke.
Although the reality star has denied any sort of involvement or having knowledge of her ex-husband’s business proceedings, she has been accused of “hiding her bank statements” throughout the investigation.
Erika has been forced to make lifestyle changes from her previous glam living, including downgrading from her $13M mansion to a tiny bachelorette pad.
During a recent episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the TV personality broke down in front of her co-star Kyle Richards as she claimed Tom was “degrading” in front of her eyes as he lost his vision and hearing.
However, the Georgia native has claimed that she “doesn’t care” if her co-stars don’t believe if she was involved in Tom’s fraudulent business proceedings.
“I don’t really give a f*** if they do or they don’t,” Erika she alleged while on her way to a dance class in West Hollywood.
