CATELYNN Lowell has revealed she’s feeling “sore” after giving birth, but called her newborn daughter “perfect and healthy”.
The Teen Mom OG star, 29, welcomed her fourth child with husband Tyler Baltierra on Saturday.

And on Monday, Catelynn gave fans an update on her and the baby’s condition.
“She’s perfect and healthy, and I’m doing well,” she told Celeb Buzz, before adding that she is “just sore”.
Catelynn and Tyler seemed to be relishing parenthood once again, as she told the outlet: “We are sooo blessed.”
The reality star also fueled fan speculation that their baby girl’s name is “Rose” with her latest Instagram caption.
She posted a black and white photo of her newborn lying in a cot and wrote alongside it: Roses are red, Violets are blue, She’s our [rose emoji].
“And we’re so happy for her to meet you!”
The MTV star has been open with fans about her pregnancy journey and earlier this month talked about her “uncomfortable contractions”.
She wrote: “Had mild but uncomfortable contractions last night which were 5-6 minutes apart for an hour and then they just stopped.”

She added: “Didn’t fall asleep til like 4:30am,” before she pleaded, “Come on baby R we are ready for you!”
She has also confessed to taking late night baths while struggling to sleep.
Back in February, Catelynn and Tyler announced they wee expecting their fourth baby.

They did so by sharing a photo of their daughters Novalee and Vaeda holding a sign that read: “27 weeks until I become a big sister.”
Catelynn captioned her post: “This rainbow was worth the storm. Baby Baltierra coming soon.”
One day later, the TV star said they are having a baby girl and insisted they’re not disappointed about not having a boy.
Catelynn and Tyler placed their first child, Carly, for adoption when they were in high school and shared their story on 16 & Pregnant.
