Adele announces comeback single will be out next week as fans sent into meltdown

Adele fans cannot contain themselves after the singer confirmed her comeback single will be out next week.

The globally acclaimed singer had already teased fans with a billboard poster campaign and pictures ahead of her latest announcement.

And this time round she’s even given us all a taster of her new song Easy On Me complete with a video clip featuring herself.

The 33-year-old vocal and songwriting talent showcased the opening piano notes of her new single in a black and white clip.

It that shows her putting a cassette into a car radio before driving down a road with her hand out the window.

Numerous pages of music are also seen blowing out of the window as the car moves along the road.

The video also features a message which reads: “Easy On Me – October 15.”

The new single will be Adele’s first in five years when she released Water Under The Bridge from Grammy winning album 25.

Her fifth album, is thought to be titled 30 following up her other records 19, 21 and 25.

Fans were trembling at the thought of new music and some had hilarious responses to the news.

One wrote enthusiastically: “EASY ON ME isnt just a song, its a lifestyle, a reason to breathe, an escape from this cruel world. Its art, the first gift u open on christmas, a hug from loved one, its everything u ever wanted, its everything.”

Another shouted: “WE’RE GETTING THE SERVE IN 10 DAYS.

Someone else joked: “At least now we know why the comeback took so long, the songs flew out of the car.”

and another agreed: “Took three years to gather them all music notes.”
