B&B Star Matthew Atkinson Goes To Stunning Switzerland For A Wedding

The Bold and the Beautiful star Matthew Atkinson honored a treasured friend during his trip to Switzerland over the weekend. The actor enjoyed the stunning scenery in Wildhaus, Switzerland, while there for the wedding.

Atkinson took to Instagram to share some lovely photos of his trip. Many of them included gorgeous backgrounds of snow-covered mountain peaks. He shared a wonderful tribute to his long-time pal, Zac George, along with a beautiful photo of the bride and groom standing atop a cliff with bits of melted snow underneath their feet.

Atkinson wrote about attending the wedding of one of his oldest friends. “From elementary school, Boy Scouts, through getting Eagle together, and through our careers I’ve always loved this guy,” read the actor’s caption. He explained that his friend went into the military while he went into acting when they chose their careers as adults. “It’s awesome to see him so happy with a great girl. Wishing these two a lifetime of joy, passion, and love,” Atkinson wrote.

Atkinson Enjoyed The Countryside During Swiss Trip

In addition to attending the wedding, Atkinson shared a few posts detailing his time in Switzerland. He rented an electric bike to scale the mountains and shared several photos along with a Bible verse from ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭54:10.

In another post, the Thomas Forrester actor showed off a series of photos featuring simple and stunning settings throughout the region. He ended it with a picture of his feet in colorful, thick socks resting on a railing at Hotel Hirschen Wildhaus.

Although his on-screen alter ego is slowly rebuilding his life after brain surgery, Thomas Forrester has nothing on Matthew Atkinson. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
